The invisible stories running our lives
A FREE 90-minute guided reflection on the invisible stories that shaped the way you love, work, rest, and see yourself.

Most of us spend years trying to change ourselves without ever asking a simpler question: How did I become this version of me?
Why do some of us find it impossible to rest without guilt?
Why do we feel responsible for everyone else's emotions?
Why does criticism stay with us for days?
Why do we constantly feel like we're not enough, even when we're doing well?
What are we running towards or away from?
Are we trying to prove that we matter? What made us doubt that in the first place?
Often we have been told that this is just us. These aren't just personality traits. Many of them are stories we inherited long before we had the words to question them.
For ninety minutes, I invite you to slow down. Simply to notice. Through guided reflection, journaling, meditative pauses, and quiet inquiry, we'll explore the emotional climate of the homes we grew up in, the roles we unconsciously learned to play, and the voices that quietly became our own.
This isn't group therapy. Nobody will be asked to share anything they don't want to. You don't need any prior experience with inner work. Just bring a notebook, a pen, and the willingness to be curious about yourself.
- What emotions were welcomed—and which ones had no place—in your home?
- The unspoken rules your family lived by.
- The role you unconsciously accepted to belong to.
The intention isn't to arrive at answers. It's to begin noticing patterns that may have been invisible until now. Sometimes awareness itself changes the way we move through the world.
Catching yourself apologizing when you don't need to.
Noticing whose voice you're hearing when you're hard on yourself.
Realising that what you've always called your personality may, in part, be an adaptation.
Seeing yourself with a little more compassion than you did ninety minutes earlier.
I'm Anuradha Ghosh.
My work explores the stories, beliefs, and emotional patterns we inherit across generations and how they continue to shape our lives long after childhood has ended.
Through writing, breathwork, and guided inquiry, I help people make sense of themselves—not by giving them answers, but by asking better questions.
If this resonates with you, I'd love to have you there.
